Kathryn Louise cannot guarantee all services will be available to all Clients; we reserve the right to decline any booking requests without reason. All services:
(a) are subject to change and availability;
(b) require the Client to provide personal information (including but not limited to name, postal address, email address, contact number, allergy advice, accessibility and special requirements) for all person(s) involved which will be used for the purposes of communication and the provision of services only;
(b) are subject to booking fees;
(c) are subject to cancelation fees;
(d) include travel up to ten miles from Woking, Surrey, England only;
(e) exclude special requests for service requirements, including but not limited to false eye-lashes and branded products;
(f) are subject to any conditions set out within the service sections of the Site.
A booking fee is required for all Makeup services, it ensures that the appointment has been reserved for you and no one else. This booking fee is non-refundable and must be received within 14 days starting from the date of booking. If the booking fee hasn't been received within 14 days then the appointment will be offered to someone else. This booking fee will then be deducted from the balance due.
Kathryn Louise cannot process card payments for any service. If paying by cheque or online payment, the full balance must be paid and cleared no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment date. Otherwise, the balance for services must be paid by cash, in full, at the time of the appointment.
For each service 50p will charged for every mile travelled over ten miles from Woking, Surrey, England. This applies to outbound and return journeys.
The charge for services paid at an hourly rate will be £40 rounded to the next half hour. The minimum charge is for one hour. For example, a session of forty minutes will be charged at £40. A session lasting one hour and ten minutes will be charged at £60.
If the Client needs to cancel their service, they must do so at least 14 days before the appointment date. If cancellation notice is received inside of the minimum allowed period, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service's value will be charged. If any balance is retained after the booking fee and any applicable cancellation fee have been deducted then a refund will be made to the Client. All cancellation fees must be paid by cheque or online payment within 14 days.
In the unlikely event that an Artist cannot attend a confirmed appointment, any booking fee and balance already paid will be refunded without compensation. In these circumstances, the Artist will endeavour to provide as much warning as possible.
